By accessing this website or purchasing artwork from Kanoelani Art, you agree to the following terms.

Artwork & Originality

All artwork is original and created by hand. Each piece is one of a kind and will not be replicated.

Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations, textures, and natural imperfections are part of the piece.

Commissions Process

1. Inquiry

Collectors begin by submitting an inquiry outlining their vision, including colors, materials, and overall feeling.

2. Consultation

A consultation will be scheduled to discuss the vision, placement of the artwork, and overall intention.

3. Proposal & Deposit

A custom proposal will be provided including pricing and size options.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.

This deposit secures your place and covers sourcing of materials.

Creation Timeline

Timelines vary depending on materials and complexity.

  • Standard timeline: approximately 4 weeks

  • Custom botanical sourcing may require an additional 2–4 weeks

  • Delivery is dependent upon white glove service schedule

Because natural materials are used, timelines are estimates and may shift slightly.

Materials & Natural Elements

Artwork may include:

  • Preserved botanicals

  • Crystals and natural stones

  • Organic materials

These elements are real and may naturally change over time.

While care is taken to preserve materials, no guarantee is made regarding indefinite color or condition.

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to begin (non-refundable)

  • Remaining 50% due prior to shipment

No artwork will be shipped until full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

Artwork is carefully packaged for protection.

  • Shipping may be included in pricing for online orders

  • Larger works may require or recommend white glove delivery

Kanoelani Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of the work, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

International Orders

Shipping is primarily within the United States.

International collectors may inquire for custom arrangements.

Artwork Care

Collectors are responsible for proper care of artwork.

Recommendations include:

  • Avoid direct sunlight

  • Avoid high humidity

  • Dust gently with a soft cloth

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content are the property of Kanoelani Art.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kanoelani Art is not liable for:

  • Natural aging of materials

  • Improper care of artwork

  • Minor variations in handmade work

  • Color variations due to monitor/screen displays
