1. Minor Stone Shifting May Occur During Shipping Each painting is sealed with resin to preserve the natural elements within it. However, it’s normal for a few small stones or crystals to become dislodged in transit. This does not affect the integrity or beauty of the piece—these are simply elements that were not fully bonded and have naturally shaken free.
2. Natural Materials May Evolve Over Time Because my work incorporates real flowers, shells, crystals, and other organic materials, some elements may shift in appearance over time. For example, certain plants may slightly oxidize, or crystalized sea life such as starfish may develop a salty white finish, especially in varying humidity or sun exposure. While I take great care to minimize this, these changes are part of the unique experience of bringing nature indoors and are not considered flaws.
3. Fragility & Shipping Policy These pieces are extremely delicate and are shipped in custom-designed strongboxes to protect them. That said, I cannot guarantee the gentleness of third-party shippers. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after this window. Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final.
